this is where i will spend time writing about my season - that felt like forever- that i was single. i married when i was 33. i wanted to be married by the time i was 22 - no later. this is my little spot to talk about it. hopefully for those who are in that season, you will find a heart that understands pieces of your journey and one who wants to help make this ride a little bit more tolerable.
the other purpose of this blog is to free-write my way into a book about this topic. so my thoughts may be random, but the Lord, and my husband have challenged me to begin this journey, so it it is time.

- My life has taken me on some pretty interesting twists and turns. I married later in life, that is a story. We had a hard time getting pregnant, that is a story. We adopted a baby girl, that is a story. We did in vitro fertilization, which resulted in our second baby being born as well as our twin boys, so that is another story, My mom died a few years ago after a long battle with cancer, and yes, that is also a story. I love God, and I believe that He is actively working all things together for my good, even when my circumstances tell me otherwise. i desire to be a person who lives in faith, hope and love. Writing is a fun outlet for me, so this seems like the logical thing to do.
